Who is behind all this? Where do they come from? What do they want? If these are your questions, you've come to the right place.
Sparr is passionate about enabling people to pursue their passions in novel and exciting ways. This is often expressed through creative logistics and organization, including finding good deals on large and unusual physical or real property for many people to make use of... like a boarding school in Oregon. His past intentional community and coliving projects include Estate of Mind, Loophole, Buspatch, and the Radcliffe Sanctuary.
He enjoys fabrication activities both large (carpentry, welding, assembly, rigging) and small (electronics, 3d printing, construction toys). He regularly hosts board game and fabrication project events, and occasionally also camping, photo shoots, and other activities. In addition to being a professional software developer, he also contributes to many open source software projects both professionally and as a hobby.
Although most of his time involved with the project will be spent on overall organization, planning, and fundraising, he may be an initial leader of the maker / fabricator pod, and expects to spend time hosting events as well as collaborating with other artists and makers, while also teaching some classes related to technology, fabrication, and sustainability.

In addition to the individuals above who are fully on board with specific roles in mind, a number of people have expressed moderate interest. These include:
Two parents with three children with the idea to replicate their current homeschool co-op experience as part of a parenting and homeschooling pod, where parents teach different subjects to all of their children and also some children from outside the community.
A DIY bike punk who wants to install a bike shop and welding/fabrication shop at CoDwell, teach yoga, and hold Authentic Relating Circles, who would like to split the year seasonally between living on-site and traveling internationally
A mead enthusiast who intends to expand the vineyard with an apiary and meadery.
A cob construction teacher who hosts workshops with students in residence for weeks at a time, building small natural structures.
